What is Bill appBill app is a personal finance management (PFM) app that allows customers to learn about their spending habits and save more money. It allows you to digitalise your receipts and invoices, providing personalized financial insights and real-time analytics. By scanning receipts or uploading invoices, the app helps you track spending, categorize purchases, and manage your personal finances efficiently with AI-driven insights.

How do I sync my bank account with the Bill app?To sync your bank account, the Bill app uses a secure integration through GoCardless, a licensed Account Information Service Provider (AISP). You will be asked to grant permission to access your account information securely before syncing. Under Payment Service Directive 2 (PSD2) banks are obliged to share data with external companies if you as a data owner provide your consent. Bill is securely connecting to your banks to fetch all of accounts, balances and transactions so you can stay on top of your finances any time.

How do you get my receipts ?You can either upload your receipts (image or a document) manually in the app or you can forward an e-mail containing the receipt (image or a document) to receipts@getbill.eu and we will automatically digitalise it and assign it to your account.

Is my data safe?Yes, we take your privacy and security very seriously. Your data is encrypted in transmission and stored on secure servers hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Frankfurt, Germany. We follow all GDPR and relevant data protection laws to ensure your data is safe. Safety and security is our priority.

How are you using my data?We use and process your data to give you the best insights into your purchasing habbits, money management and cost savings.

What am I sharing with you?We process your transactions, account numbers, balances and purchase data from receipts. We do not use any other of your data.

If I change my mind, will you delete my data?Just like any company in EU, you have the right to request all of your data to be deleted from our servers. You can do that by reaching out to us at info@getbill.eu

How do I sign up for the free trial?You can sign up for the free 30-day trial by downloading the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. After signing up, you’ll have full access to Premium features for 30 days. No payment is required during the trial period, and you can cancel anytime.

How do I cancel my subscription?You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to Premium features until the end of the period.

Can I request a refund?Payments for subscriptions are non-refundable. However, if you experience technical issues caused by us, please contact customer support, and we will address your concern.
